There are over 150 golf courses in Lee/Collier Counties.  I tried to play all of them and never got any better so I decided to sell them!  The following are a few of the selected communities close to the Ft. Myers area.  To help you determine which area you would be interested in, I have taken the liberty of separating each course by city.  Each course has been given a rating of A, B or C.  The grade has been determined by either myself or fellow players based upon our own personal experiences playing them.  Please click on the city you are most interested in to find out more about that area's golf communities.

A Courses: These are first class courses that are well maintained with a good degree of difficulty for the average player and worthy of the drive to play.

B Courses: These courses are In good shape and a little easier to play, but you might not want to play them more than once a season.

C Courses: These courses are ones you might want to play because they are close by, inexpensive and easy, but not really memorable.

Executive courses have not been separated by city because they have no ratings.  These courses are basically for the non-golfer or duffer.
